Installation & Delivery
Installation service can be added to your appliances when checking out. The service fee covers both labor and all parts (hoses, clamps, power cords etc) required. In addition, we offer add-on services such as reversing doors on appliances, installing a steam dryer kit (when applicable), installing ice makers kits, and converting gas appliances to propane.
We guarantee all of our installation services for one full year. That means we will come to your home and remedy any installation issues for up to 1 year from the date that we installed the appliance.

Free Drop Off Delivery
If you don’t want installation or delivery into your home, you can opt for the free drop off delivery service. Our team will deliver your appliances to your door or a secure location outside your home on the ground level, such as a garage, carport, or other sheltered area.

White Glove Delivery
The Ace Appliance White Glove Delivery team is dependable, credible, and highly skilled. Our professionals can manage a wide range of appliances, including refrigerators and ovens, with utmost care and precision. Ace has well-trained staff to ensure each delivery is made safely, punctually, and with the proper safety gear. Before delivery, our team will uncrate, remove all packaging materials, and visually inspect for any product damage. White Glove Delivery is $89.99 and also includes Haul Away (like for like) see below for more information.

Priority White Glove Delivery
Need your appliance Right Away? At Ace Appliance, we take pride in providing the region's only Priority White Glove Delivery for Appliances. Our Priority White Glove Delivery includes everything our standard White Glove Delivery offers, except it is faster! For a fee of $199, this delivery option is available to locations within a 30-mile radius of our Toledo distribution hub. Priority Delivery operates from Monday to Saturday, subject to limited availability. This service can be added during checkout when selecting your delivery option. If your order includes a Refrigerator larger than 22 Cubic Feet or a Laundry Center, the delivery fees are increased.

Estimated 4-Hour Delivery Slot
Our delivery team will contact you the night before your scheduled delivery, providing an approximate 4-hour delivery window. If this time frame does not suit your schedule, we can arrange a different delivery date at that time. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy in our time estimates, they are not guaranteed. If your plans change or you cannot receive the delivery, please inform us as soon as possible. Our drivers carry mobile phones and can call you before their arrival if you request and if cellular service is accessible. Prepare Your Home
Take measures to protect your home by covering exposed flooring and clearing furniture or objects that may impede the delivery route. Stairways and doorways should be spacious enough for safe product handling. Ace Appliance is not liable for damage to items, floors, or walls that lack proper protection. We are also not responsible for moving existing appliances in your home. Before delivery, ensure the designated area is ready for the arrival and placement of your new appliance.
Removal of Old Appliances
Our Delivery Teams at Ace Appliance will take away "Like for Like" eligible appliances. However, for the well-being of our team members, all items should be removed from the appliance and we cannot remove any appliances that are heavily soiled, rodent / bug infested or are not in a condition suitable for our trucks.
White Glove Delivery Expectations
Before delivery, our teams will uncrate, remove all packaging materials, and visually inspect for any product damage. If you prefer your item to remain unopened, please inform your sales professional when scheduling the delivery. Our delivery teams take the utmost care to protect both your home and new appliances. They will deliver your new appliances to your desired room and arrange the appliances according to your preference (unless deemed unsafe). Each item will be leveled and cleaned. Please note that an adult (minimum 18 years old) must be present to accept the delivery. If any delivered items are damaged, Ace Appliance will send a factory-trained technician to your home to repair the item to factory specifications.
Pre-Delivery Assessment and Liability Release
Upon arrival at your home, our Delivery Teams will conduct a pre-delivery inspection. If any damage occurs to your home during the delivery, the team will document it on the inspection form. Ace Appliance cannot be held responsible for any damage reported after the Delivery Team has left the premises. If you have concerns about wooden or delicate flooring, our Delivery Teams offer the following alternatives: They can leave the new items in the garage, carport, or at the front door, or you may agree to release Ace Appliance and the delivery service from any damages that may occur during the delivery on hardwood or delicate flooring.
